Rosemont is an older home very cute and kept up. Location was great in the middle of the city. Driving in areas look a bit concerning but that's like any larger city you come to. The home itself and parking was safe. The room was very accommodating with such a welcoming vibe. It was midweek so not many other guest leaving it very peaceful and quiet. We only stayed one night and requested the baked goods basket I was thinking it would be fresh but was already in fridge which brings a different flavor to breads. Once they was room temp they was okay, about like any other continental breakfast easy to grab on the go. The garden area definitely has great potential but certainly overlooked in areas could use just a bit more love. All in all would recommend to other travels and would stay again .

Really enjoyed out stay. Be prepared for a really old building but I loved that. I enjoyed hanging out on the porch in the morning reading my book with a couple cats hanging out. Took an afternoon walk around and got to see the old historic buildings around the neighborhood. There are definitely some super run down buildings around but I never felt unsafe. It was super close to the downtown area where we were going to a concert. The place really felt cozy and relaxing. The only downside was the breakfast, you have to make your own, which is fine, but there was hardly any space to actually prepare it or anywhere to eat it. Overall, we loved it and I'd be interested to see the other cottages. We will definitely consider coming back if we make it back to Little Rock sometime.

We had a lovely stay in May’s garden cottage. The cottage was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the property is lush with foliage, making it feel private and tucked away. The building itself is charming and beautifully maintained. Stephanie was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We travel to Little Rock for work frequently, and after several disappointing Airbnb stays are so glad we found Rosemont! It really was a breath of fresh air, and we hope to return soon.

This is a beautifully kept bed & breakfast. I stayed in the Gardener's Cottage and it was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It's located in the middle of the downtown area, but tucked away perfectly to make it feel like a peaceful stay in the country. Will absolutely stay again next time I'm in the area.

I stayed at the Rock St. property en route to Nashville (which I loved), and enjoyed a night in May's Cottage on 12/1/25 on the way back to Austin from NYC with my pup. If you stay at Rock St. you may get a chance to meet the inkeepers who are in residence there (in a separate home) and are just delightful! May's Cottage was cozy, and exactly as pictured. Appreciated having the private garden areas in both locations for potty time. The gas fireplace in May's Cottage is the perfect touch, so welcome on a colder day, and the bed is so comfy. Breakfast provided (eggs and bacon our first stay and waffles and sausage second). Easy to cook yourself and was a great way to start the day before a long drive! Also liked the little holiday touches that had been added to the decor for the season. In the morning each stay, I bundled up and headed over to Community Bakery for coffee and a snack for the road, as well as a short walk through the SOMA area. Very cute-definitely spend time there if you can, but do note many businesses are closed on Monday. If I find myself on this route again, I'd definitely book another stay!

We absolutely adored “May’s Cottage” at Rosemont. This beautiful Victorian Lady has such a sweet vibe and she was all dressed up for Christmas. It felt very private for a downtown location, with our dogs making themselves right at home in the attached, private garden that has a “secret garden feel”. The squirrels and songbirds added to the charm. I’ve read reviews about “sketch” neighborhood and the only thing I would recommend is make sure your car alarm is set to alleviate concern about potential issues. Our own stay was quiet and peaceful and a great first time introduction to Littlerock. We will be back! Breakfast prep was amazing and we appreciated the option of eating breakfast whenever we felt like it! This B&B concept works for us because we enjoy privacy, freedom and peace in a warm, welcoming home.
